Prof. Yin Zhiqiang is considered the most influential scientist in the Chinese solar thermal sector. He has been working in solar thermal since 1978. Now he is professor at the Departement of Electronics at the Tsinghua University in Beijing. His work focuses on vacuum tubes, absorber coatings and general quality issues.
